    My client is one of the biggest suppliers of Electrical solutions across the Commercial sector. They have been operating in the Auckland market for the past 20 years delivering top of the market Electrical installations and maintenance. With the Auckland market being so busy, they are looking for immediately available, experienced Commercial Electricians for a minimum of 12 months in Auckland CBD.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • You must be an NZ Registered Electrician holding your current practising license with a minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction.
    • Have an intricate knowledge of New Zealand’s current OH&S practices
    • Honest and Reliable with a strong work ethic.
    • Able to provide at least 2 work references.
    • Passion for the industry – Can do attitude and ambitious.
    • Appropriate tools for the job – All electrical tools and testing equipment.
    In return for the above, you will be rewarded with an above market average rate($30-$35per hour), Holiday Pay, KiwiSaver, Long term assignment with ambitious and progressive company.

  • Elevator Technicians – Hamilton

    We are looking for a number of Elevator Technicians who are required to undertake all the necessary duties and tasks to complete construction work to build and install elevators and elevator shaft equipment for commercial construction projects across the North Island.

    We are looking for candidates in each region however, if required to work away from home, the successful applicants will be provided with accommodation and travel expenses.

    Accountabilities

    Safety:

    • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety duties
    • Take reasonable care that what they do or not do does not adversely affect the health and
    • safety of other persons
    • The employee must wear the PPE provided at all times whilst on work sites

    Tasks:

    • bolting and setting out brackets
    • installation of elevator rails
    • assembly of elevator/lift car accessories
    • installation of door jambs/push button boxes/elevator interior

    Skills:

    • knowledge of elevator mechanics
    • skill in interpreting designs, plans and instructions
    • knowledge of building and safety regulations
    • rigging or scaffolding experience preferred
